Downtown Fort Smith Witches Ride 2022

Join us for an afternoon of whimsical Halloween fun as we ride, roll and stroll down Riverfront Park path in historic Downtown Fort Smith! Riders encouraged/Walkers welcome! Grab your broom/bike (decked out for Halloween) and your best witchy outfit as we ride in support of the Bonneville House, The Clayton House, the Fort Smith Museum of History, and the Junior League of Fort Smith. Our organizations were founded by strong women wanting to make a difference in our community.

Witches must be 14 to participate, and adults must accompany any witch under 17.

Cars And Candy Trunk Or Treat: Presented by Fort Smith PPC

Come and enjoy Fort Smith PPC’s Cars & Candy Trunk Or Treat car meet. It’s FREE. You must pull up, get in line that will be there, and follow that through until you get to the end. This safe friend & family event focused on giving the kids a great Halloween experience and lots of candy to take home.

You are more than welcome if you would like to participate and bring candy to hand out to the kids. We will start giving out candy at 7 pm and finish at 9 pm, so make sure you get there early. Put on those costumes and come out and enjoy yourselves.

Haunted University at the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith

Back and better than ever, this Halloween tradition, Haunted University, will be held October 29, from 6-9 p.m., and will span the full campus green, accompanying UAFS Family Weekend!

Enjoy free carnival games, an expansive trunk-or-treat hosted by our student organizations, and candy galore! For our braver guests, visit the Haunted House in the campus center Reynolds Room – it’s sure to be a fright! “Haunted University is a good opportunity to see UAFS as more than just a learning environment for college students,” said Bailey Blanchard, CAB Membership Director. “Our campus is a welcoming place, and community happens here!”
